Although the law outlines specific requirements for pictograms, contrast, text and Braille, there are few limitations on style and design. Match Routed:

• .080" non-glare acrylic, subsurface painted faceplate
• .125" PVC back plate with edges painted to match faceplate
• Tactile characters chemically bonded to a match-routed depression in faceplate
• Grade 2 Braille cells are clear glass or stainless steel beads permanently embedded into face

Photopolymer

• .040" PVA based photopolymer layer surface painted
• .125" stable phenolic plastic base
• Optional acrylic back plate
• Characters and Braille are of integral construction to sign background

Surface Mounted:

• .125" single-ply modified acrylic
• Tactile characters mounted with VHB adhesive
• Stock colors of applique and substrate
• Grade 2 Braille cells are clear glass or Stainless Steel beads permanently embedded into face
